Do you offer a warranty?

Our warranty offers are all job specific. Depending on the materials used and the project at hand, our construction team will breakdown the warranty available for you.

Are you an insured construction company?

Yes, we are both insured and bonded. When you hire Crafted Construction, we want you to feel secure and protected.

How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Our expert craftsmen will conduct a consultation at the requested job location and provide you with a FREE estimate either same day or within 48 hours. We provide written estimates for all work provided.

Do you offer financing?

At this time we do not offer financing, but can work with you to discuss the options based on your allotted budget.

Are outside subcontractors used during the construction process?

No, all of our subcontractors work exclusively with Crafted Construction. We want to ensure full responsibility for your outdoor living project from beginning to end.

If you have a project that requires electrical or plumbing work, we can hire subcontractors to complete the job upon request.
